Kayden Grenko

Executive Director

Kayden Grenko is the executive director at Lotus Park and has more than 10 years of experience in health care. His passion for problem-solving and working with people fuels the love of his job. Kayden strives to make his work fun, inspiring and rewarding for everyone at Lotus Park.

When he’s not working, Kayden enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, exploring the outdoors, watching the Utah Jazz, attending tumbling, singing company, jiu jitsu matches, and raising their pet chickens.

Shanda Thompson

Shanda Thompson

Director of Sales and Marketing 

Shanda Thompson is the director of Sales and Marketing for Lotus Park. Shanda loves helping families and residents navigate the difficult journey of choosing an assisted living community that fits their needs, and loves celebrating with them when they find the perfect fit.

Originally from Ohio, Shanda moved to Utah in 2017 after falling in love with its mountains, scenery and culture. She loves anything outdoors, and in the winter, she enjoys snowshoeing and skiing. When the weather warms up, she can be found paddle boarding, hiking, camping or simply sitting in the backyard with her pets. Shanda also enjoys gardening, cooking, creating craft cocktails and spending time with her boyfriend, Andrew.

Rick Barry

Rick Berry

Business Office Director

Rick Berry is the Business Office director for Lotus Park. He is motivated by the culture within the community and Integral Senior Living, and his favorite ISL Culture Keeper saying is “Take your work seriously, but yourself not so seriously.”

As a seventh-generation Salt Lake City native, Rick moved to Ogden in 2020. He has been with his partner since 2016, and they have two happy kids. As a family, they enjoy video games, building computers, camping in the Uintas, and riding bikes and motorcycles. His personal hobbies include tinkering with anything he can fix or build, especially electronics.

Tanna Hansen

Generations Program Director

Tanna Hansen has worked with Lotus Park for 10 years. She loves being with the residents, caring for them and hearing their stories. Her passion for the residents drives her in her role as the Generations Program director.

Tanna is a proud mother of three children and loves gardening and taking care of the yard. She enjoys camping and exploring the great outdoors and is well on her way to the mastery of paddle boarding. Most evenings, you can find her at her parents’ house next to the pool. Tanna dreams of traveling, furthering her education and enjoying time with her kids as they become adults.

Mason Marshall

Building Services Director 

Mason Marshall is the Building Services director for Lotus Park. Mason enjoys solving problems for the residents and getting to know them as he goes about his work. Making building improvements for residents gives Mason a great amount of satisfaction.

Mason is an Army veteran, serving four years in active duty. He is happily married to his beautiful wife, Savannah, and is an uncle to 17 nieces and nephews. Mason is a Native American and enjoys participating in the cultural activities of his heritage. He is an avid collector and hobbyist, and enjoys collecting hats, flashlights, knives and sunglasses.

Tyra Armstrong

Vibrant Life® Director

Tyra Armstrong has more than 20 years of experience in the social work industry and studied human services and business. She is passionate about working with both children and seniors. Tyra enjoys her position as the Vibrant Life® director because she creates fun, excitement, entertainment and a positive environment for every resident.

When she is not working, Tyra enjoys hiking, running, playing kickball, camping, skydiving and traveling to different countries. Her dream trip would be to travel to Bali!

Breeyn Payne RCD headshot

Breeyn Payne, R.N.

Resident Care Director

Breeyn Payne loves her position as Resident Care director for Lotus Park. Her passion for nursing developed when her father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Breeyn has dedicated her career to working in assisted living and caring for hospice patients and is committed to lifting the spirits of everyone she cares for. She graduated summa cum laude from Weber State University. As the first member of her family to be a nurse, Breeyn loves inspiring others to join the field.

Breeyn has two children and enjoys caring for her plants, traveling, cooking and pursuing any new experience life has to offer.

Brandi Jackson

Brandi Jackson, P.T., DPT

Clinical Director of Empower Me Wellness

Brandi Jackson earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2018. As the clinical director for Empower Me Wellness, Brandi provides treatment plans with obtainable goals specialized for the individual’s needs. She is passionate about helping her residents win personal victories so they can get back to doing what they love.

When she’s not working, Brandi enjoys videography, traveling, and making memories with her son and husband.
